Brown Spotted
A somewhat misunderstood colour as it is often associated with the idea that it is a moggie colour. If you have the chance to see a brown spotted in the fur then you will see that there is no comparision between the two. A brown spotted has large round orange eyes and a round head to match although this does come later and is not always evident in a kitten.
A kitten should have small ears, although if you are buying as a pet, then this is not necessarily a reason for you, not to consider a particular kitten. The difference between a show quality, breeding kitten and a pet can be quite diverse. This is also usually reflected in the price. A nice spotted will have a lot of little black spots but in a kitten; they can appear strippy at the sides. You will find that as they grow the spots will break and "appear". It is not unusual to find that there are still some strips on their sides, even when a brown spotted reaches maturity, which is around 3 years of age
